Anita Inventories was established in 2016 by Anita Hussain, a Singaporean national who emigrated to London with a burning passion for all things property related. As the company grew and became known for its meticulous reports, it became trusted by letting agents and landlords across London & Kent.
In 2019 the company was taken over by a new management team consisting of highly experienced industry professionals allowing Anita to step away to focus on her family. Since then we have:

- doubled our client database in Essex whilst continuing to service existing agents across the South East of England.

Today, our company is now headed by a highly experienced property investor & developer, with virtually all our staff from commercial, lettings agency or block/property management backgrounds. This unique insight allows us to “truly understand the needs of our clients”.
